Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo. We would like to
take the time to go over some rules in our to keep our condo in
the best condition possible for your stay as well as the next
visitor in order to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
First and foremost, as in most places in Mexico, we are not
connected to a city sewage system. We utilize a septic system
which, as always, is very fragile. NO paper products should be
flushed down the toilets. Garbage cans and bags are provided
in both bathrooms.
Second, we are also not on a city water system, therefore the
water must be trucked in. The first tank is included with your
rental, any water needed after that you are responsible for. DO
NOT drink the water, take short showers and be conscientious
of water use at all times. Never leave water running unattended.
Water is provided by Ramon Villa who can be reached at
638-105-0551 if needed. He will charge accordingly.
Other general rules:
•
No smoking inside the condo.
•

•
Please do not park in front of garage/boathouse doors.
Park on concrete for loading and unloading vehicles.
Park to the right of the condos.
•
Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood by
keeping noise/music down.
•
No fish or shrimp in the refrigerator. If you purchase
seafood, please keep it in your cooler as leaks
sometimes occur and it is very difficult to remove the
smell. Thank you for your understanding on this request.
Also, please remember to empty any and all contents of
the refrigerator prior to your departure.
•
Kitchen is there for use and convenience... please leave
it in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
•
Do not remove towels/linens from the condo. At the end
of your stay, please place any used towels in the hamper
provided.
•
Please take out your trash bags upon exit. Trash cans
are directly below the stairway.
•
If air conditioning was used, please turn it off prior to your
exit.
